Are Teenagers Mature Enough to Have Love Affairs?

Nowadays, wherever you go you see many young people holding hands or kissing in public places, these young people can be as young as just 10 years old. They might be sitting close to each other in a crowded bus or even kissing. Do their parents know they are having a relationship or are they having a secret relationship? Are they mature enough to deal with a relationship? What will they do if they get unwanted pregnancies? What will they do with the unwanted child? This issue has raised many questions and all people have different views on this topic.
In my opinion, I think I am both in favor and against this statement. I think if the youngsters are too young, like in the above example just 10 years old, they should not be in a relationship as it causes lots of problems both to the family and to themselves. They might be always using the telephone to chat with their loved ones or always going out on weekends, or after school. This greatly interferes with their studies. They might do poorly in the exams and get a bad grade. While in a relationship these 10 years old won't have enough time with their family members and so their relationships with their parents or with their brothers and sisters will deteriorate to a point where neither their parents nor the teenagers want to talk with each other anymore. There is also one big problem and this is the most serious problem. Will they be able to control their feeling or emotions if unfortunately their relationship ended? Of course not! They are only 10 years old; they are too young to know what to do in such a situation. They might get extremely upset that they won't talk about this matter with their friends, family or school social workers. And the only solution they might think of is suicide. There have been a great increase in the number of young people committing suicide and many of them end their life because they have ended their relationship and are not able to overcome the depression. So I think these 10 year olds are not ready for having a relationship and I'm against it.
But if it comes to people who are older maybe more mature and ready for a relationship they may have experienced such emotions, and know what to do if a relationship has ended. They have planned their time correctly and will have had time with their family members. They know who to go to in order to talk about their feelings.
From my point of view, having a relationship depends on individual people.
